k. Description of Request: The applicant requests a temporary amendment of its reservoir elevation requirement at the Great Falls/Dearborn development from late-July 2021
through August 2022. The applicant proposes to generally maintain the reservoir surface elevation 12 to 15 feet below the full pool elevation during this period, exceeding the normally permissible maximum drawdown of 5
feet below full pool. The applicant states the drawdown is necessary to construct a diversion dam and headworks at the development.
