A. The transition to this fee category occurs when a licensee has permanently ceased principal activities. Program Codes: 03900, 11900, 21135, 21215, 21325, 22200.

15. Import and Export licenses:
Licenses issued under part 110 of this chapter for the import and export only of special nuclear material, source material, tritium and other byproduct material, and the export only of heavy water, or nuclear grade graphite fee categories 15.A. through 15.E..
A. Application for export or import of nuclear materials, including radioactive waste requiring Commission and Executive Branch review, for example, those actions under 110.40b of this chapter.
