Investigation No. 731TA149 Fifth Review
Barium Chloride From China Determinations On the basis of the record 1 developed in the subject five-year review, the United States International Trade Commission Commission determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 the Act, that revocation of the antidumping duty order on barium chloride from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.
Background The Commission instituted this review on October 1, 2020 85 FR
61984 and determined on January 4, 2021 that it would conduct an expedited review 86 FR 24412, May 6, 2021.
The Commission made this determination pursuant to section 751c of the Act 19 U.S.C. 1675c. It completed and filed its determination for this review on June 1, 2021. The views of the Commission are contained in USITC Publication 5203 June 2021, entitled Barium Chloride from China:

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The National Longitudinal Survey of Youth 1997 NLSY97 is a nationally representative sample of persons who were born in the years 1980 to 1984.
These respondents were ages 1217
when the first round of annual interviews began in 1997. The primary objective of the survey is to study the transition from schooling to the establishment of careers and families.
Starting with round sixteen, the NLSY97 is conducted on a biennial basis. Round twenty interviews will occur from September 2021 to June 2022. For additional substantive information about this ICR, see the related notice published in the Federal Register on January 28, 2021 86 FR

This information collection is subject to the PRA. A Federal agency generally cannot conduct or sponsor a collection of information, and the public is generally not required to respond to an information collection, unless the OMB
