a.m. eastern standard time on March 11, 2021, and before 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time on July 11, 2021, may be admitted in any status, as applicable, as defined in 19 CFR 146, Subpart D.
The U.S. Trade Representative will continue to consider the action taken in this investigation.

Description of Relief Sought: Airlines for America A4A, on behalf of its member airlines, petitions for relief from 121.463c. The relief, if granted, would suspend the requirement for aircraft dispatcher operating familiarization flights until March 31, 2022. The petition seeks to allow dispatchers who have completed operating familiarization flights in previous years to remain qualified without exposing them and flight crew members to an increased risk for exposure to COVID19.
