The Environmental Protection Agency EPA is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register on February 24, 2021. That rule approved South Coast Air Quality Management District Rule 1168 and Ventura County Air Pollution Control District Rule 74.20
as revisions to the California State Implementation Plan SIP.
