9 IPHC Regulatory Area 4D includes all waters in the Bering Sea north of IPHC Regulatory Areas 4A and 4B, north
and west of IPHC Regulatory Area 4C, and west of 1680000 W longitude;
and 10 IPHC Regulatory Area 4E
includes all waters in the Bering Sea north and east of the closed area defined in section 10, east of 1680000 W
longitude, and south of 653400 N
latitude.
