AGENCY:
In this document, the Commission announces an auction of approximately 8,300 geographic overlay licenses in the 2.5 GHz band, designated as Auction 108. This document proposes and seeks comment on auction procedures to be used for Auction 108.
DATES: Comments are due on or before May 3, 2021; and reply comments are due on or before May 17, 2021.
