Abstract: The Licensing QuestionnaireATF Form 8620.44 will be used to determine if a candidate for Federal or contractor employment at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ATF, or his/her spouse, or minor child, holds a financial interest in the alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or explosives industries.
5 An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: An estimated 2,000
respondents will use the form annually, and it will take each respondent approximately 5 minutes to complete their responses.

AGENCY:

Under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 FACA and the Government in the Sunshine Act of 1976, the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention gives notice of its intent to reestablish the charter for the Federal Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice FACJJ.

The Federal Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice FACJJ, established pursuant to Section 32A of the Federal Advisory Committee Act 5 U.S.C.
App.2, carries out its advisory functions under Section 223f2CE

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act PRA, the Wage and Hour Division WHD is providing notice to the public that the WHD sponsored information collection request ICR titled, High-Wage Components of the Labor Value Content Requirements under USMCA, has been approved by the Office of Management and Budget OMB. WHD is notifying the public that the information collection has been extended effective immediately through January 31, 2024.
DATES: OMB approval of the extension of this information collection is effective immediately with an expiration date of January 31, 2024.
