604 to prepare a regulatory flexibility analysis. The NRC, in compliance with the law, prepared the Small Entity Compliance Guide for the FY 2021
proposed fee rule. The compliance guide was developed when the NRC
completed the small entity biennial review for FY 2021. This compliance guide is available as indicated in Section XII, Availability of Documents, of this document.

The NRC will conduct a public meeting to describe the FY 2021
proposed rule and answer questions from the public on the proposed rule.
The NRC will publish a notice of the location, time, and agenda of the meeting on the NRCs public meeting website within 10 calendar days of the meeting. Stakeholders should monitor

NRC, a debtor may submit a dispute of debt within 45 days from the date of the initial demand letter. The debtor shall explain why the debt is incorrect in fact or in law and may support the explanation by affidavit, cancelled checks, or other relevant evidence. The dispute must be submitted to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer via the eBilling system, by email to FeeBillingInquiries.Resource@nrc.gov, or by mail to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 205550001, Attn: Chief Financial Officer. For debt disputes related to charges for 10 CFR part 170 fees, the debtor must complete and submit an NRC Form 529 with the required information.
