Conversations in Paint at The Barnes Foundation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, are of cultural significance, and, further, that their temporary exhibition or display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national interest. ACTION:

The Department of State is seeking Office of Management and Budget OMB approval for the information collection described below.
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and implementing OMB guidance, we are requesting comments on this collection from all interested individuals and organizations. The purpose of this notice is to allow 30 days for public comment preceding submission of the collection to OMB.

157 Supplemental SIV Chief of Mission Application in order to facilitate the Chief of Mission approval process required for special immigrant visa SIV applicants under section 602b of the Afghan Allies Protection Act of 2009
Pub. L. 1118. The information requested on the form is limited to that which the Chief of Mission uses to evaluate eligibility of SIV applicants.
The DS157 is only used by Afghan SIV
applicants for Chief of Mission approval.
