C. Communication with the CDFI
Fund: The CDFI Fund will use the contact information in AMIS to communicate with Applicants and Recipients. It is imperative, therefore, that Applicants, Recipients, Subsidiaries, Affiliates, and signatories maintain accurate contact information in their accounts. This includes information such as contact names especially for the Authorized Representative, email addresses, fax and phone numbers, and office locations.
D. Abstract: Form 1040PR is used by self-employed individuals to figure and report self-employment tax under IRC
chapter 2 of Subtitle A, and provide credit to the taxpayers social security account. Anejo HPR is used to compute household employment taxes and the Form 1040PR burden calculation includes this burden of 2,400 responses with 5,376 hours.
Current Actions: There are no changes being made to the form at this time.
