Type of Review: Extension of a currently approved collection.
Abstract: Title 38 U.S.C. 3702d authorizes the Department of Veterans Affairs VA to establish standards for lenders making automatically guaranteed loans and 38 U.S.C. 3731f authorizes VA to establish, in regulation, standards and procedures to authorize a lender to determine the reasonable value of property. VA has implemented this authority through its Lender Appraisal Processing Program LAPP, codified in 38 CFR 36.4347.
An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this collection of information was published at 85 FR
80228 on December 11, 2020, pages 80228 and 80229.
Affected Public: Individuals employees of lenders making applications.

Agency Information Collection Activity: Application in Acquiring Specially Adapted Housing or Special Home Adaptation Grant Veterans Benefits Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs.
ACTION: Notice.
AGENCY:
Veterans Benefits Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs VA, is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act PRA of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed extension of a currently approved collection, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice.
DATES: Written comments and recommendations on the proposed collection of information should be received on or before April 19, 2021.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Under the PRA of 1995, Federal agencies must obtain approval from the Office of Management and Budget OMB for each collection of information they conduct or sponsor. This request for comment is being made pursuant to Section 3506c2A of the PRA.
With respect to the following collection of information, VBA invites comments on: 1 Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of VBAs functions, including whether the information will have practical utility;
2 the accuracy of VBAs estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information; 3 ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and 4
