in accordance with Rule 214 of the Commissions Rules of Practice and Procedure 4 and the regulations under the NGA 5 by the intervention deadline for the project, which is February 16, 2021. As described further in Rule 214, your motion to intervene must state, to the extent known, your position regarding the proceeding, as well as the your interest in the proceeding. For an individual, this could include your status as a landowner, ratepayer, resident of an impacted community, or recreationist. There are two ways to submit your motion to intervene. In both instances, please reference the Project docket number CP2128000 in your submission.

All timely, unopposed 7 motions to intervene are automatically granted by operation of Rule 214c1.8 Motions to intervene that are filed after the intervention deadline are untimely and may be denied. Any late-filed motion to intervene must show good cause for being late and must explain why the time limitation should be waived and provide justification by reference to factors set forth in Rule 214d of the Commissions Rules and Regulations.9
A person obtaining party status will be placed on the service list maintained by the Secretary of the Commission and will receive copies paper or electronic of all documents filed by the applicant and by all other parties.

Notice of Request for Extension of Time; Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc.
Take notice that on January 21, 2021, Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc.1 Eastern GTS requested that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Commission grant an extension of time, until August 22, 2021, to abandon, reconfigure, and relocate storage wells and related pipelines within its jurisdictional Bridgeport Storage Field in Harrison County, West Virginia Project,2 as deemed authorized, effective February 22, 2020. Under the applicable regulations, the Project was to be completed and made available for service by February 22, 2021, i.e., within one year of authorization.3
Eastern GTS states that, primarily due to delays related to the COVID19
pandemic, as well as weather related delays, Eastern GTS will be unable to complete all construction activities necessary to complete the Project within the authorized one-year timeframe.
Accordingly, Eastern GTS requests a sixmonth extension of time, until August 22, 2021, to complete construction of the Project.
This notice establishes a 15-calendar day intervention and comment period deadline. Any person wishing to comment on Columbias request for an extension of time may do so. No reply comments or answers will be considered. If you wish to obtain legal status by becoming a party to the proceedings for this request, you should, on or before the comment date stated below, file a motion to intervene in accordance with the requirements of the Commissions Rules of Practice and Procedure 18 CFR 385.214 or 385.211
and the Regulations under the Natural Gas Act 18 CFR 157.10.4
