For overnight delivery, mail to: FISAP Administrator, 2429 Military Road, Suite 200, Niagara Falls, NY 14304.
The Work Colleges Program Report of Expenditures must be submitted electronically through the Common Origination and Disbursement website at https cod.ed.gov.
The signature page must be signed by the institutions Chief Executive Officer with an original signature and sent to the U.S. Department of Education using one of the following methods:
