CCC, through designated Agricultural Stabilization and Conser vation county committees, will stand ready to make direct purchases from eligible producers of eligible flaxseed delivered to authorized dealers from the time of harvest through July 31, of the year in which the flaxseed was produced.
A ll such purchases shall be made in ac cordance with this subpart.
