Withdrawing Public Lands for Use of the Bureau of Indian Affairs for School Purposes By virtue of the authority vested in the Secretary of the Interior by the act of May 31, 1938 52 Stat. 593; 48 U.S.C.
353a, it is ordered as follows:
Subject to valid existing rights, the following-described public lands in Alaska are hereby withdrawn from all forms of appropriation under the public land laws, including the mining and min eral leasing laws but not the disposal of materials under the act of July 31, 1947
61 Stat. 681; 30 U.S.C. 601-604 as amended, and reserved under the juris diction of the Bureau of Indian Affairs for school purposes:

feet from the northwest corner of the Bureau of Indian Affairs school building, thence S. 30 W., 220 feet;
- S. 60 E., 450 feet;
N. 30 E 350 feet;
N. 60 W., 450 feet;
S. 30 W., 130 feet to the point of beginning.
The tract described contains 3.6 acres.
