INSPECTION OF CERTAIN TAX
RETURNS
By virtue of the authority vested in me by sections 55a, 508, 603, 729a, and 1204 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1939 53 Stat. ,29, 111, 171; 54 Stat. 989, 1008; 55 Stat. 722; 26 U.S.C. 55a, 508, 603, 729a and 1204, and by section 6103a of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 68A Stat. 753; 26 U.S.C. 6103a, Executive Order No. 10703 of March 17, 1957, entitled Inspection of Income, E x cess-Profits, Declared-Value ExcessProfits, Capital-Stock, Estate, and G ift Tax Returns by the Select Committee of the Senate Established by Senate Reso lution 74, 85th Congress, to Investigate Improper Activities in Labor-Manage ment Relations, and for Other Pur poses, is hereby amended by striking out Tor the years 1945 to 1957, inclusive, shall, during the Eighty-fifth Congress, and inserting in lieu thereof for the years 1945 to 1959, inclusive, shall, durmg the Eighty-fifth Congress and as ong as the Committee is authorized to act during the Eighty-sixth Congress,.
This order shall be effective as of noon on January 3, 1959.

The average values heretofore established for said counties, which ap pear in the tabulations of average values under 331.17, Chapter III, Title 6 of the Code of Federal Regulations, are hereby superseded by the average values set forth below for said counties.
