NOTICE REVISING S E T -O F F PR OV ISION S A PPLI
CABLE TO RESEAL PRICE SUPPORT LOAN
PROGRAMS

Notwithstanding the provisions con tained in the reseal price support bul letins with regard to set-offs the follow ing set-off provisions shall apply:
Note; a If any installment or install
ments on any loan made available by C. c. C. on farm-storage facilities or mobile drying equipment are payable, under the provisions of the note evidencing such loan, out of any amount due the producer under the program provided for in this subpart, the producer must designate C. C. C. or the lending agency holding such note as payee of such amount to the extent of such install ments, but not to exceed that portion of the amount remaining after deduction of service charges and amounts due prior lienholders.
b if the producer is indebted to C. C. C., or if the producer is indebted to any other agency of the United States, and such in debtedness is listed on the county debt record, amounts due the producer under the program provided for in this subpart, after deduction of amounts payable on farmstorage facilities or mobile drying equipment and other amounts provided in paragraph a of this note, shall be applied, as provided in the Secretarys Set-off Regulations, 7 CPR
Part 13 23 P. R. 3757, to such indebtedness.
c Compliance with the provisions of this note shall not deprive the producer of any right he might otherwise have to contest the justness of the indebtedness involved in the/ set-off action either by administrative appeal or by legal action.
