AS REGULATED

Pursuant to 301.76-2 of the regula tions supplemental to the Khapra Beetle Quarantine 7 CFR 301.76-2 under sec tions 8 and 9 of the Plant Quarantine Act of 1912, as amended 7 U. S..C. 161, 162, revised administrative instructions are hereby issued as follows, listing premises in which infestations of the khapra beetle have been determined to exist and designating such premises as regulated areas within the meaning of said quarantine and regulations.
