1 District 1: 600,600 cartons;
ii District 2: Unlimited movement;
iii District 3: 115,500 cartons;
iv District 4: 69,300 cartons.
2 All navel oranges handled during the period specified in this section are subject also to all applicable size restric tions which are in effect pursuant to this part during such period.
3 As used in this section, handled, District 1, District 2, District 3, "District 4, and carton have the same meaning as when used in said amended marketing agreement and order.

P. R. 8451; 21 F, R. 4393, regulating the handling of lemons grown in the State of California or in the State of Arizona, effective under the applicable provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended 7 U. S. C. 601
et seq.; 68 Stat. 906,1047, and upon the basis of the recommendation and in formation submitted by the Lemon Ad ministrative Committee, established under the said amended marketing agreement and order, and upon other available information, it is hereby found that the limitation of the quantity df such lemons which may be handled, as hereinafter provided, will tend to effec tuate the declared policy of the act.
