of this section, if the producers wish to participate in the 1957 acreage reserve program for wheat, an agreement, signed by all producers on the farm who are required under paragraph a of this section to sign the agreement, must, except as provided by paragraph e of this section, be filed with the county committee before any wheat is planted on the farm in the spring of 1957, and not later than a date fixed by the State comniittee for the county or area in which the farm is located, which date shall be not later than the date planting of spring wheat begins generally in the county or area. Information as to the date fixed for the county or area shall be available in the office of the county coxnrnittee.
