On June 28, 1955, a notice of proposed rule making was published in the F ed eral Register 20 F. R. 4546 regarding a proposed issuance of United States Standards for Grades of Concentrated Tangerine Juice for Manufacturing.
After consideration of all relevant matters presented, including the proposal set forth in the aforesaid notice, the fol lowing United States Standards for Grades of Concentrated Tangerine Juice for Manufacturing are hereby promul gated pursuant to the authority con tained in the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946. 60 Stat. 1087 et seq.; 7 U. S. C.
1621 et seq..
