CHANGE IN INTEREST RATE ON EMERGENCY
iLOANS

The introductory paragraph in 381.6, Code of Federal Regulations 20 F. R.
363, is revised to change the interest rate on Emergency loans from 5 percent to 3 percent, and to read as follows:
381.6 Rates and terms. On and after July 7,1955, Production Emergency loans will bear interest from the date of the advance at the rate of 3 percent per annum on the unpaid principal bal ance. Such loans will be scheduled for repayment in accordance with the fol lowing policies:
