The regulations in this subpart state the requirements with respect to the 1955 payment program for lambs and yearlings pulled wool, formulated by Commodity Credit Corporation herein after referred to as CCC and the Com modity Stabilization Service hereinaf ter referred to as CSS. The regula tions in this subpart may be referred to as the 1955 Payment Program for Lambs and Yearlings Pulled Wool, Sec.
