LIMITATION OF HANDLING

922.327 Valencia Orange Regula tion 27a Findings. 1 Pursuant to Order No. 22 19 F. R. 1741, regulating the handling of Valencia oranges grown in Arizona and designated part of Cali fornia, effective March 31, 1954, under the applicable provisions of the Agricul tural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended 7 U. S. C. 601 et seq., and upon the basis of the recommendation and information submitted by the Valen cia Orange Administrative Committee, established under the said order, and upon other available information, it is hereby found that the limitation of han dling of .such Valencia oranges, as here inafter provided, will tend to effectuate the declared policy of the act.
