By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 179 of the Revised Statutes of the United States 5 U. S. C. 6, and as President of the United States, it is ordered th at Executive Order No. 10154
of August 22,1950, entitled Designation of Certain Officers of the Post Office Department To Act as Postmaster Gen eral, be, and it is hereby, amended by adding to the list of officers contained therein at the end thereof the following:

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 of title 3 of the United States Code, and as President of the United States, it is ordered as follows:
S ection 1. The Director of the Bu reau of the Budget is hereby authorized and empowered to exercise the authority vested in the President by the paragraph appearing under the heading Expenses of Management Improvement in Title I of the Independent Offices Appropria tion Act, 1955, 68 Stat. 274, or by any reenactment of the provisions of such paragraph in the same or in a different amount of funds, to allocate to any agency or office of the executive branch including the Bureau of the Budget funds appropriated by the said para115 F.
