On December 6, 1952, a notice of pro posed rule making was published in the Federal R egister 17 F. R. 11124 re garding a proposed amendment of the United States Standards for Grades of Canned Green Beans and Canned Wax Beans. After consideration of all rele vant matters presented, including the proposals set forth in the aforesaid no tice, the following amendment of United States Standards for Grades of Canned Green Beans and Canned Wax Beans is hereby promulgated under authority contained in the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 60 Stat. 1067; 7 U. S. C. 1621, et seq. and the Department of Agricul ture Appropriation Act, 1953 Pub. Law 451; 82d Cong., approved July 5,1952.
Section 52.165, paragraph e, Table No. I, is amended to read as follows :
