2. Effective May 15, 1952, 27.1 is amended by the addition of the follow ing:
The regulations issued by Commodity Credit Corporation with respect to the 1951 Crop Peanut Price Support Program and purchases of excess oil peanuts, as amended 16 P. R. 6851, 7200,10692, are hereby further amended to establish final dates for purchasing excess oil peanuts from producers, and for purchasing the farmers stock quota inventory from shelters, by revising paragraph b of 646.303 so that such section reads as follows:
27.1 Exclusion from provisions of Federal Employees Pay Act and Classifi cation Act.
