1. That Gotthard Frantz and Gerda Broel Frantz, each of whose last known address is Breslau, Germany, are resi dents of Germany and nationals of a designated enemy c&untry Germany;
2. That the property described as fol lows: That certain debt or other obliga tion, matured or unmatured, evidenced by one 1 St. Louis Southwestern Rail way Company First Mortgage 4 percent Bond, of $1,000.00 face value, bearing the number 5155, and all rights to de mand, enforce and collect the aforesaid debt or other obligation, together with any and all rights in, to and under said bond, is property within the United States owned or controlled by, payable or de liverable to, held on behalf of or on account of, or owing to, or which is evi dence of ownership or control by, the aforesaid nationals of a designated enemy country Germany;
and it is hereby determined:
3. That to the extent th at the persons named in subparagraph 1 hereof are not within a designated enemy country, the national interest of the United States re quires that such persons be treated as nationals of a designated enemy country Germany.
