EXECUTIVE ORDER 10145
E xtension of E nlistm ents in the A rmed F orces of the U nited S tates
By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Act of this date, entitled An Act to authorize the President to extend enlistments in the Armed Forces of the United States, and as President of the United States and Commander in Chief of the armed forces of the United States, I hereby extend for a period of twelve months all enlistments in the Army, the United States Navy, and the United States Marine Corps, including the Naval Reserve and the Marine Corps Reserve, and in any component of the Air Force of the United States, which shall expire at any time after the date of this order and prior to July 9,1951: Provided, That nothing contained herein shall be con strued to prevent voluntary re-enlist ments or voluntary extension of existing enlistments under provisions of applica ble laws or the regulations of the De partments of the Army, Navy and Air Force.
The Secretary of Defense is hereby directed to take such steps as he may deem necessary to carry out the provi sions of this order.

AVERAGE VALUES OF FARMS AND INVESTMENT
LIMITS; INDIANA
For the purposes of title I of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, as amended, average values of efficient family-type farm-management units and investment limits for the counties identified below are determined to be as herein set forth. The average values and investment limits heretofore estab lished for said counties, which appear in
the tabulations of average values and investment limits under 311.30, Chap ter III, Title 6 of the Code of Federal Regulations 13 F. R. 9381, are hereby superseded by the average values and in vestment limits set forth below for said counties.
