S. C., ch. 8B, under regula tions prescribed by the Administrative Com mittee of the Federal Register, approved by the President. Distribution is made only by the Superintendent of Documents, Govern ment Printing Office, Washington 25, D. C.
The regulatory material appearing herein is keyed to the Code of Federal Regulations, which is published, under 50 titles, pursuant to section 11 of the Federal Register Act, as amended June 19, 1937.
The F ederal R egister will be furnished by mail to subscribers, free of postage, for $1.50
per month or $15.00 per year, payable in advance. The charge for individual copies minimum 15f varies in proportion to the size of the issue. Remit check or money order, made payable to the Superintendent of Documents, directly to the Government Printing Office, Washington 25, D. C.

R. 4514, 5364, 6193, including the order issued on June 16, 1950, are amended by adding thereto at the end thereof the following paragraph kk:
29.601 Designation of tobacco mar kets.
kk The tobacco markets at Frank lin, Russellville, and Scottsville, Ken tucky. Effective 30 days after June 24, 1950, no tobacco of any type shall be offered for sale at auction on the market at Franklin, Kentucky, on the market at Russellville, Kentucky, and on the mar ket at Scottsville, Kentucky, until such tobacco shall have been inspected and certified by an authorized representa tive of the U. S. Department of Agricul ture according to standards established under The Tobacco Inspection Act 7
U. S. C. 511 et seq.: Provided, however, That such requirement of inspection and certification may "he suspended at any time when it is found impracticable to provide inspection or when the quan tity of tobacco available for inspection is not sufficient to justify the cost of such service.
