The Controlled Housing Rent Regula tion 825.1 to 825.12 and the Rent Regulation for Controlled Rooms in Rooming Houses and Other Establish ments 825.81-825.92 are amended in the following respects :
1. Schedule A, Item 97a, is amended to describe the counties in the defenserental area as follows:

This decontrols the County of Posey, Indiana, except the City of Mount Ver non, Indiana, a portion of the Mount Vernon, Indiana, Defense-Rental Area, based on the Housing Expediters own initiative in accordance with section 204
c of the Housing and Rent Act of 1947, as amended.
2. Schedule A, Item 101, is amended to read as follows:

iii Maids rooms usually located adja cent to the kitchen shall be counted as rooms if their floor area exclusive of closets is at least 118 square feet; and iv Enclosed kitchens shall be counted as rooms.
