LIMITATION OF SHIPMENTS
987.302 Lim itation o f shipm ents a Findings. 1 Pursuant to Market ing Agreement No. 108 and Order No. 87
7 CFR 987.1 et seq. regulating the han dling of Irish potatoes grown in the State of Maine, effective under the applicable provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended 7
U. S. C. 601 et seq., and upon the basis of the recommendation and information submitted by the State of Maine Potato Committee, established under said mar keting agreement and order, and other available information, it is hereby found that such limitation of shipments as hereinafter provided will tend to effec tuate the declared policy of the act.

It is hereby found that it is im practicable and contrary to the public interest to give preliminary notice, en gage in public rule making procedure, and postpone the effective date of this section until thirty days after publica tion thereof in the F ederal R eg ist er 5
