Under the authority of the Trading With the Enemy Act, as amended, Execu tive Order 9193, as amended, and Execu tive Order 9788, and pursuant to law, after investigation, it is hereby found:
1. That the persons including individ uals, partnerships, associations, corpora tions or other business organizations referred to or named in Column 5 of Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof and whose last known ad dresses are listed in said Exhibit A as being in a foreign country the names of which persons are listed a in Column 3
of said Exhibit A as the authors of the works, the titles of which are listed in Column 2, and the copyright numbers, if any, of which are listed in Column 1, respectively, of said Exhibit A, and/or b in Column 4 of said Exhibit A as the owners of the copyrights, the num bers, if any, of which are listed in Column 1, and covering works the titles of which are listed in Column 2, respectively, of
said Exhibit A, and/or c in Column 5 of said Exhibit A as others owning or claiming interests in such copyrights are residents of, or are organized under the laws of, or have their principal places of business-in, such foreign country and are nationals thereof ;
2. That all right, title, interest and claim of whatsoever kind or nature, under the statutory and common law of the United States and of the several States thereof, of the persons referred to in Column 5 of said Exhibit A, and also of all other persons ineluding in dividuals, partnerships, associations, corporations or other business organiza tions, whether or not named elsewhere in this Order including said Exhibit A, who are residents of, or which are organ ized under the laws of or have their prin cipal places of business in, Germany or Japan, and are nationals of such foreign countries, in, to and under the following:
a. The copyrights, if any, described in said Exhibit A, b. Every copyright, claim of copyright and right to copyright in the works de
scribed in said Exhibit A and in every issue, edition, publication, republication, translation, arrangement, dramatization and revision thereof, in whole or in part, of whatsoever kind or nature, and of all other works designated by the titles therein set forth, whether or not filed with the Register of Copyrights or other wise asserted, and whether or not specifi cally designated by copyright number, c. Every license, agreement, privilege, power and right of whatsoever nature arising under or with respect to the fore going, d.
