Upon completion of the taking of testi mony and receipt of evidence in support of the allegations of the complaint, the Trial Examiner is directed to proceed im mediately to take testimony and evi dence on behalf of the respondent. The Trial Examiner will then close the tak ing of testimony and evidence and, after all intervening procedure as required by law, will close the case and make and serve on the parties at issue a recom mended decision which shall include recommended findings and conclusions, as well as the reasons or basis therefor, upon all the material issues of fact, law, or discretion presented on the record, and an appropriate recommended order;
all of which shall become a part of the record in said proceeding.

TESTIMONY

At a regular session of the Federal Trade Commission, held at its office in the city of Washington, D. C., on the 29th day of December A. D. 1948.
This matter being at issue and ready for the taking of testimony and the re ceipt of evidence, and pursuant to au thority vested in the Federal Trade Com mission, It is ordered, That Earl J. Kolb, a Trial Examiner of this Commission, be and he hereby is designated and appointed to take testimony and receive evidence in this proceeding and to perform all other duties authorized by law;
It is further ordered, That the taking of testimony and the receipt of evidence begin on Tuesday, March 8, 1949, at two oclock in the afternoon of that day eastern standard time, Hearing Room, Federal Trade Commission Building, Washington, D. C.
Upon completion of the taking of testi mony and receipt of evidence in sup port of the allegations of the complaint, the Trial Examiner is directed to pro ceed immediately to take testimony and evidence on behalf of the respondents.
The Trial Examiner will then close the taking of testimony and evidence and, after all intervening procedure as re quired by law, will close the case and make and serve on the parties at issue a recommended decision which shall in clude recommended findings and conclu sions, as well as the reasons or basis therefor, upon all the material issues of fact, law, or discretion presented on the record, and an appropriate recommended
