1The Cooperative Associations through which the loans are made for Burley, Type 81, are authorized to deduct from the amount paid to growers 12 cents per hundred pounds to apply against the overhead costs o the associations of the loan operations.
Tobacco can be placed under loan only by the original producer and at these rates only if produced on a cooperating farm. Tobacco graded W w e t, U unsound, DAM
damaged, K2L, N2R, or N2G will not be accepted.
