Sections 70.90, 70.90-50, and 70.90-51
of Title 6 of the Code of Federal Regula tions are hereby amended to read as follows:
70.90 Interest rate on continental loans for financing operations. The per annum rate of interest on all loans, other than upon the security of commodities, made on and after the dates stated below, by the district banks for cooperatives, for the purposes specified in section 7 a 1 of the Agricultural Marketing Act, as amended sec. 7,46 Stat. 14; 12 U. S. C.
1141e, shall be as follows:
