Pursuant to section 301 d of the Sugar Act of 1937, as amended, the fol lowing determination is hereby issued:
802.22q Fair and reason able prices fo r the 1946 crop o f F lorida sugarcane fo r sugar. On October 26,1946, notice of proposed rule making was published in the F ederal R egister 11 F. R . 12634 regarding the budget of expenses and the fixing of the rate of assessment for the 1946-47 fiscal period under Marketing Agreement No.
96, and Order No. 55 7 CFR, Cum. Supp., 955.1 et seq., regulating the handling of grapefruit grown in the State of Ari zona; in Imperial County, California;
and in that part of Riverside County, California, situated south and east of the San Gorgonio Pass. This regulatory pro gram is effective pursuant to the Agri cultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937.
