and section 1 b of Reorganization Plan No. 2, issued pursuant to the Reorgani zation Act of 1945 Public Law 263, 79th Congress, Chapter IV, Code of Federal Regulations, is hereby amended as follows:

This part is amended by substituting Secretary of Labor for Director of the Division of Labor Standards in 402.1.
