Pursuant to subsection b of Section 301 of the Sugar Act of 1937, as amended, the following determination is hereby issued:
802.34i Fair and reasonable wage rates for persons employed in the pro duction, cultivation, or harvesting of sugarcane in Hawaii during the calendar year 1946-. The requirements of subsec tion b of section 301 of the Sugar Act of 1937, as amended, shall be deemed to have been met with respect to the pro duction, cultivation, or harvesting of sugarcane in Hawaii during the calendar year 1946 if all persons employed on the farm during that period in the produc tion, cultivation, or harvesting of sugar cane shall have been paid in full for all such work and shall have been paid Civil A eronautics B oard:
