By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act, approved December 29, 1945 Public Law 291, 79th Congress, and having found that the United States participates in the follow ing-named international organizations pursuant to a treaty or under the au thority of an act of Congress authorizing such participation or making an appro priation therefor, I hereby designate such organizations as public international organizations entitled to enjoy the privileges, exemptions, and immunities conferred by the said International Organizations Immunities Act:
The Pood and Agriculture Organiza tion.
The International Labor Organization.
The Pan American Union..
The United Nations.
The United Nations Relief and Re habilitation Administration..
With respect to the designation of such other international organizations as may be entitled to the privileges, exemptions, and immunities conferred by the said Act, the Department of State is hereby designated as the agency to receive ap plications for the granting of such priv ileges, exemptions, and immunities. The Secretary of State shall require such information as he may deem necessary from the international organizations making such applications, and shall sub mit recommendations to the President as to whether the applicant organizations should be designated a s. public inter national organizations entitled to enjoy the privileges, exemptions, and immuni ties conferred by the said Act.

DETERMINATION OF ACREAGE ALLOTMENTS FOR
N E W FARMS
The Marketing Quota Regulations, Flue-cured and Burley Tobacco, 1946-47
Marketing Year, Part I, as amended, is further amended by striking out the subparagraph d in 725.221 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
725.221 Determination of acreage allotments fo r new farms.
d The farm will not have a 1946
allotment for any kind of tobacco other than that for which application is made hereunder.
This supersedes Supplement 2 to the Flue-cured and Burley Tobacco Market ing Quota Regulations, 1946-47 Tobacco 13, issued February 4, 1946 11 FJR.
