The advanced course, ROTC, is reac tivated. The course will be inaugurated at individual institutions as outlined in paragraph 2, and will continue until
4. Conditions of services, a. All advancedcourse students will be civilians, who will be placed under contract with the Govern ment. The contract will contain the fol lowing provisions:
1 The student agrees :
a Unless sooner discharged for the con venience of the Government, to complete the advanced course and to attend the ad vanced camp at the time specified by proper authority.
b To accept an appointment as sec ond lieutenant, Officers Reserve Corps, if tendered.
