Section 5.307-02 of Chapter I, T itle 6, Code of Federal Regulations is hereby amended to read as follows:
5.307-02 Publication of notice.
Upon receipt of a declaration of surplus real property the disposal agency shall promptly and widely publicize the same, giving information adequate to inform interested persons of the general nature of the property and its possible uses.
Such publicity shallbe by public adver tising, and may also include press re leases, display advertisements, and any other appropriate means which it is cus tomary to use for advertising notices of sale. Such public advertising shall con sist of a sale notice containing substan tially the matters set forth in Exhibit A
of Regulation No. 5 of the SPA and shall be published at least three 3 times dur ing the ninety 90 days following the date such notice is first published at ap proximate intervals of twenty-one 21
days. The priority chart Exhibit C of SPA Regulation No. 5 may be used as a guide in preparing the notice for publica tion. Ordinarily it will not be necessary to include all the information in the chart in any one notice. For example, if toe declaration indicates that all tracts within the project area were acquired by the Government after December 31,1939, be necessary in preparing the an r 6 i? ca attention to the priorities apphcabie to property acquired before at date.
