BULLETIN
Commodity Credit Corporation has authorized the making of loans, in ac cordance with this bulletin, on grain sorghums stored on farms or in approved public grain warehouses.

263.1 Eligible producer. Any per son, partnership, association, or corpo ration, producing grain sorghums in 1945 as landowner, landlord, or tenant, shall be eligible for such loans.

Eligible grain sorghums.
Grain sorghums grading No. 4 or better except grain sorghums grading dis colored, weevily, or smutty, or containing in excess of 13 percent moisture in the
case of grain sorghums stored on the farm, or in excess of 14 percent in the case of grain sorghums stored in pub lic warehouses, which were produced in 1945, the beneficial interest in which is now in the producer, and always has been in him, or has been in him and a former producer whom he succeeded be fore the grain sorghums were harvested, shall be eligible as collateral for such loans.
263.3
Eligible storage.
Eligible storage shall include farm storage struc tures meeting the requirements for safe storage as prescribed by the Agricultural Adjustment Agency, and public grain warehouses which meet the requirements of Commodity Credit Corporation and which have executed the Uniform Grain Storage Agreement. Such warehouses may be situated either at terminal, sub terminal, or country points.
263.4 Areas in which loans will be made. Loans will be made on eligible grain sorghums stored in approved pub lic grain warehouses wherever located.
Loans are available on eligible grain sorghums stored on farms in the follow ing areas:
All counties in the States of Arizona, Cali fornia, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, and South Dakota, and the following counties of Oklahoma and Texas:

Alfalfa, Beaver, Beckham, Blaine, Caddo, Canadian, Cimarron, Cleve land, Comanche, Cotton, Craig, Creek, Cus ter, Dewey, Ellis, Garfield, Grady, Grant, Greer, Harmon, Harper, Jackson, Kay, King fisher, Kiowa, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, Ma jor, Mayes, Noble, Nowata, Okfuskee, Oklaho ma, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Payne, Pottawatomie, Roger Mills, Rogers, Texas, Tillman, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington, Wash ita, Woods, and Woodward.
