Upon further consideration of the pro visions of Service Order No. 307 of May 8, 1945 10 F.R. 5383, and good cause appearing therefor: It is ordered, That:
Service Order No. 307 be, and it is here by, vacated.
It is further ordered, That this order shall become effective at 12:01 p. m., May 14, 1945; th at a copy of this order and direction shall be served upon the Cen tral Railroad Company of New Jersey, upon the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, and upon the Association of American Railroads, Car Service Divi sion, as agent of the railroads subscribing to the car service and per diem agree ment -under the terms of that agree ment; and that notice of this order be given to the general public by depositing a copy in the office of the Secretary of the Commission at Washington, D. C., and by filing it with the Director, Divi sion of the Federal Register.
