Sections 27.1, 27.2, 27.4, and 27.5 of Title 6, Code of Federal Regulations, are hereby amended to read as follows: .
27.1 Fees for appraisal and reap praisal. An appraisal fee of ten dollars $10.00 shall be paid in connection with., each new application submitted for a loan, and in connection with each appli cation for an additional or increased loan whether or not additional security is offered. Where a reappraisal is required because of delay of the applicant, or is made at his request, a second appraisal fee of ten dollars $10.00 shall be paid.

27.2 Fees for determination of title.
No determination of title or closed loan fee shall be charged in the case of any loans made for $5,000 or less. Where a new application results in a loan exceed ing $5,000 iri amount, or where an appli cation for an additional loan results in new money loaned exceeding $5,000, there will be deducted from the proceeds of the loan a fee of $1 for each $1,000, or frac tion thereof, by which the amount loaned or new money loaned exceeds $5,000.

27.4 Non-resident investigation fee.
Where, in connection with an application for a new loan, or increased loan, or a division of an existing loan, it appears necessary for the bank to make a npnresident personal investigation outside
the Seventh Farm Credit District, the applicant shall be required to pay a fee of $7.50, such fee to be refunded in its entirety to the applicant if the investiga tion is not made. Sec. 13 Ninth , 39

27.5 Applicability of bank fees. The fee schedule described in 27.1 and 27.2
is applicable to single Federal land bank or Land Bank Commissioner first mort gage loans; in the event the application results in a joint land bank and Land Bank Commissioner loan, the fee shall be computed upon the basis of the aggre gate amount loaned.
