HYDRATED VEGETABLES

With respect to violations of said Foo.d Distribution Order No. 30, as amended, rights accrued, or liabilities incurred prior to the effective time of this amend ment, said Food Distribution Order No.
30, as amended, shall be deemed to be in full force and effect for the purpose of sustaining any proper, suit, action, or otheT proceeding with respect to any such violation, right, or liability.
