96.100 Introduction. As announced by the Secretary of Agriculture on Jan uary 21, 1943, a new source of agricul tural credit at the county level is now available to farmers and stockmen through the Production Loans Branclv of the Food Production Administration to assist in financing increased produc tion of needed agricultural commodities.
