Amending S ubdivisions VII and XVI of S chedule A of the C ivil S ervice R ules
By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 2 of the Civil Service Act 22
Stat. 404, it is ordered that Schedule A of the Civil Service Rules be, and it is hereby, amended as follows:
1. Subdivision V II is amended by the addition of the following paragraph:
9. The Solicitor of the Post Office Department.
2. Subdivision XVT is amended to read as follows:
XVI. The Tax Court of the United States 1. Two private secretaries or confi dential assistants to each member of the Court.

The appropriate account affected shall be credited with the amount of such insufficiency, with a contra-debit to the account charges to reserve. Overpayments exceeding one dollar shall be refunded, by disbursement from the regional working fund, upon aproval of the regional manager and certification by the auditor or an author ized deputy. Overpayments of one dol lar or less shall be credited to such ac counts as the comptroller shall prescribe;
Provided, how ever, That the regional manager, when he is advised by the regional counsel that it is legally neces sary to do so, shall direct that the same be refunded.
