Pursuant to 821.531 of the Decision and Order of the Secretary of Agriculture Allotting the 1941 Sugar Quota for the Domestic Beet Sugar Area, dated May 9, 1941, and the increase in the 1941 sugar quota for the domestic beet sugar area of 63,471 short tons of sugar, raw value, set forth in General Sugar Quota Regula tions, Series 8, No. 1, Revision 2, dated June 27, 1941,2 a quantity of sugar equal to such increase is hereby prorated as follows:

7 U.S.C. sec 202 b, it has been ascer tained by me that the stockyard known as the Farm Saving Stockyards, Inc., at Saint Louis, State of Missouri, is sub ject to the provisions of said Act.
The attention of stockyard owners, market agencies, dealers, and other per sons concerned is directed to sections 303
and 306 7 U.S.C. secs. 203 and 207 and other pertinent provisions of said Act and the rules and regulations issued thereunder by the Secretary of Agri culture.
